The Bistro Burger Bundle and Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper pair so well to make a masculine card.
I made this card for the weekly Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. Here’s the sketch I used.
Tips & Instructions
Calypso Coral Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Basic White Layer - 4 x 5 1/4, adhere to the card base.
Timeless Plaid Designer Series Paper Layer - 3 3/4 x 5, adhere to the card.
Calypso Coral Strip - 3/4 x 5, emboss using the Modern Herringbone 3D Embossing Folder. Adhere to the card.
Stamp burger image twice on Basic White in Black Memento ink and die cut with the coordinating dies. Color with Stampin’ Blends Markers. I used Light Crumb Cake for the bun, Light Old Olive for the lettuce, Light Pebbled Path for the burgers, Light Poppy Parade for the tomatoes and then color over the Poppy Parade with Light Peach Pie, Dark Old Olive for the pickle skins and light Granny Apple Green for the pickle insides.
Once you color the burgers, fussy cut the bottom bun off one and the top bun off the other. Adhere the burgers together to make one large burger. Then adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
Basic White - 1 1/4 x 2 1/2, stamp sentiment in Calypso Coral ink and adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
On the inside layer (4 x 5 1/4) stamp the sentiment in Calypso Coral Ink. Stamp the burger image in Black Memento ink and color with Stampin’ Blends using the colors you used for the burger on the card front.
I love the embossed strip with the background patterned paper on the card.
