I made this card for the weekly Splitcoaststampers Sketch Challenge using the Hooray for Surprises Stamp Set and Full of Life Designer Series Paper.
Here’s the sketch I used. Click on the sketch to see the other projects posted for this week.
Tips & Instructions
Blueberry Bushel Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Basic White Layer 4 x 5 1/4
Full of Life Designer Series Paper 3 3/4 x 5
Use the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut our 4 squares from the Designer Series paper layer. TIP - use the next size larger square dies to determine where to cut them out.
Die cut 4 squares from the next size larger squares from Basic White and adhere the Designer Series Paper squares to them. Wrap a piece of White Diagonal Trim around the bottom area of the Designer Series Paper and adhere to the back. Adhere layer to the card.
Adhere the squares back to the area that you cut them from.
Stamp sentiment on Basic White in Blueberry Bushel ink and die cut using a circle die from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Die cut the next larger circle from Blueberry Bushel Cardstock and adhere behind the white circle. Adhere to the card with Dimensionals.
Feed a piece of the white Diagonal Trim under the trim and tie a singe knot.
Add some Blueberry Bushel Tinsel Gems.
On the inside layer (4 x 5 1/4), stamp sentiment in Blueberry Bushel Ink and add a strip of Designer Series Paper to the bottom.
I love how bright and colorful this card is.
