I love a black and white card with a pop of color. This is a great combo for a Halloween Card, the orange makes it work!
Tips & Instructions
Basic Black Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Basic White Layer - 4 x 5 1/4, Adhere to the card base
Halloween Spells Designer Series Paper (black & white stars) - 2 1/2 x 5 1/8
Halloween Spells Designer Series Paper (black & white stripes) - 1 1/2 x 5 1/8
Halloween Spells Designer Series Paper (orange with dots) - 3/4 x 5 1/8
Adhere the black and white Designer Series Paper layers to the card and then add the orange strip to the seam.
Die cut a cat from Basic Black using the Potions & Spells Dies.
Stamp sentiment in Pumpkin Pie ink on a 1/2” strip of Basic White and banner one end.
Adhere the strip to a 3/4” strip of Basic Black, bannering one end.
Adhere the sentiment and cat to the card with Dimensionals.
Add some Adhesive-Backed Sparkle Gems.
On the inside layer (4 x 5 1/4), stamp the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie ink. Stamp the stack of books and bird in Black Memento ink. Color the bird with a Dark Smoky Slate Stampin’ Blends Marker and the beak and books with a Light Pumpkin Pie Stampin’ Blends Marker.
This is such a fun Halloween Card with Black, White and Orange!
