Red, White & Blue Country Flowers

I made this Red, White & Blue Celebrate card for the Fourth of July. I love how it turned out and it can be used for a July birthday.

Tips & Instructions

  • Night of Navy Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4

  • Basic White Layer - 4 x 5 1/4, adhere to the card base.

  • Poppy Parade - cut using the largest die from the Countryside Corners Dies. Adhere to the card.

  • Basic White - cut using the 2nd to largest die from the Countryside Corners Die. Adhere to the card.

  • Stamp the bucket from the Country Flowers Stamp Set on a piece of Country Woods Designer Series Paper in Black Memento ink and die cut with the Country Flowers Dies. Adhere to the white die cut layer.

  • Die cut flowers from Poppy Parade and Basic White. Die cut leaves from Night of Navy.

  • Adhere the flowers and leaves to the card.

  • Stamp sentiment on a 1/2” strip of Basic White in Poppy Parade. The sentiment is from the Round We Go Stamp Set and I used only the word “Celebrate”

  • Add some Night of Navy Opal Rounds to the flower centers.

  • Tie a bow with two strands of white Baker’s Twine and adhere with a Glue Dot.

On the inside layer (4 x 5 1/4), stamp the bucket and flowers in Black Memento ink. Color with Stampin’Blends Markers. I used Night of Navy, Poppy Parade, Light Azure Afternoon and light Balmy Blue.

I love the flowers in red & white with the blue leaves, so patriotic.
