I used Azure Afternoon Cardstock for this one and blended Parakeet Party Ink on the inside layer. The sentiments are from the Hooray For Suprised Stamp Set.
For this card I switched up the colors using Parakeet Party for the card base and Azure Afternoon for the Ink Blending.
