I made this fun birthday card using the Best Day Stamp Set and a color combo that I have for today on my Inspiration Calendar.
The color combination is Balmy Blue, Blackberry Bliss and Old Olive. These are not colors that I would put together, I like each one but thought I would try the combo.

Tips & Instructions
Thick Basic White Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Balmy Blue Layer - 5 1/4 x 4, emboss using the new Basics 3D Embossing Folder
Basic White, cut using the Scalloped Contour Dies.
Stamp birthday cake image with Basic Black and color with Stampin’ Blends (Old Olive, Balmy Blue and Blackberry Bliss.
Stamp some confettie with Balmy Blue at the top of the layer.
Adhere the layer with a piece of Foam Sheet cut to size
Add some Opaque Adhesive-Backed Gems.
On the inside layer stamp sentiment with Blackberry Bliss Ink and some confetti with Balmy Blue Ink.
