I love that you can punch the hearts out directly from the Designer Series Paper using the Country Bouquet Punch. I added some Pastel Adhesive-Backed Sequins and Real Red Ribbon to dress up the card.
On the inside layer I added a strip of the Designer Series Paper and stamped just the large heart.
