Today on my YouTube Live I created this tropical card using the Paradise Palms Bundle. Think hot sun, warm breeze, ocean sounds and palm trees!!!
You can watch the replay to see how I used Blending Brushes and Ink Pads to create this pretty sunrise background. I also colored and spritzed the stamps to get a water color look on the palm trees.
This stamp set has lots of stamps to create a beautiful scene and I love the sentiments. There are coordinating Palms Dies and you can purchase these separately or bundle together and save 10%.
Measurements & Color Choices
Pacific Point Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Basic White Layer - 5 1/4 x 4
Colors I used for blending:
Pacific Point for bottom (water)
Balmy Blue for top (sky)
Mango Melody for sun, then add some Daffodil Delight
Add some pink, I used Blushing Bride
Palm Trees - Soft Suede for trunk and Just Jade for treetops
Ground - Soft Suede
Grass - Garden Green
On the inside stamp sentiment with Soft Suede and trees/ground like card front.
