When I saw this floral pattern on the Designer Series Paper from the Flowering Cactus Medley, I knew I had to use it to make a birthday card.
This paper is so pretty and you can get it in the complete medley or just purchase the refill and get the paper, felt and twine. I’ll have both options listed in the supply list.
I used the Detailed Bands Dies to cut this delicate layer for the sentiment. You can stamp the sentiment and cut it out with the oval die from this set and it fits perfectly on the background layer.
Tips & Instructions
Gorgeous Grape Card Base - 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, score at 4 1/4
Basic White Layer - 5 1/4 x 4
Designer Series Paper Layer - 5 x 3 3/4
Cut large detailed band from a piece of Gorgeous Grape Cardstock.
Stamp sentiment on scrap of Basic White Cardstock using Gorgeous Grape Ink and cut with the oval die. Adhere to detailed layer.
Adhere sentiment to card. The band will hang over on each end; trim off excess .
Add some Pastel Pearls to sentiment.
