Whisper White Cardstock - cut with Stitched So Sweetly Die
Night Of Navy - cut HAPPY B-DAY with Playful Alphabet Dies (I used the dot from the “i” letter)
Adhere letters to white scalloped layer and then adhere layer to card using Dimensionals
Add 3 Playing With Patterns Resin Dots
